DUTIES

• They will read and be trained to understand the instructions to operate the coating machine
• A PA will assist the lead operator in the set-up of the coating head when required
• They will perform in-process inspections and complete documentation
• They PA will be able to de-web and/or remove/pick and package parts
• They will utilize material handling equipment or get assistance when necessary to move materials
• They will ASSIST with data entry  and label materials
• They will perform housekeeping duties for the entire work area and their workstation
• The PA must communicate verbally with other employees and auditors as required and they will complete all documentation with legible handwriting

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

•  Must demonstrate literacy.
• The PA needs the ability to listen to understand information and ideas presented through spoken and written communication
• The PA needs good verbal and non-verbal communication skills in order to work with others.
• The PA must have legible penmanship.
• The PA must have the ability to visually inspect intricate details of a part (“attention-to-detail”).
• The PA must be able to focus on a task for long periods of time
• The PA will function as a trouble shooter in that they must have the skill to determine when something is wrong, or is likely to go wrong, and demonstrate basic logic to decide what to do about it.
• The PA must be trainable and must demonstrate what has been learned (retain) so as to enable and enhance cross-training requirements.
• The PA must be able to count large numbers; arrange numerical sequences; and solve basic math problems.
• The PA must be able to use Excel and Word documents and save materials as required.
• The PA must have a high school diploma
