Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
SHIFTS: will be either a 3:00pm – 11:30pm or 4:00pm – 12:30pm shift.
We are opening a brand-new concept and all line cooks will go through training here at hotel. Training begins 8/3 & 8/4 with hotel and brand orientation.
Food Handler's Card required before starting work.
Prior restaurant experience preferred.
